Johann Conrad David Walther born August 1774 and died 22 Sep 1837 married Marie Magdalene Berghof born abt. May 1778 and died 27 Nov 1821, the widow of Johann Zacharias Apel, on 5 October 1808 at Thürungen. His father's name was Johann Andreas David Walther died 11 Dec 1804.

Jacob Heinrich August Walther, a miller by trade, was born July 12, 1809, in Thürungen, and died September 4, 1864 in Rosperwenda. Dorothea Friedericke Sophia Wernicke, was born on June 22, 1808 in Rosperwenda, Saxony-Anhalt, the daughter of Johann Christian Wernicke and Dorothea Margaretha Donnersberg from Steigerthal. She died in the early morning hours of January 1, 1877 in Rosperwenda. They were married May 8, 1835 at Roßla. There were 4 daughters and 5 sons.

Fredericke Wernicke's parents and grandparents:

Johann Christian Wernicke b. 6 September 1771 d 13 March 1823 (both at Rosperwenda). Dorothea Donnersberg (no dates for her yet, and it may be that they married in Stiegerthal, which isn't available for review yet). his parents were Johann Michael Wernicke and Maria Sophia Elisabetha Schodde (she of Questenberg), married 15 February 1764.

Friederich Ludwig Walther immigrated to Canada some time after the 1881 Census of Canada and before September of 1885.

Wilhelm Walther, who was a school teacher, lived in Zeitz at the time of his marriage until his death.
