This morning I got quite a shock,
When I went out to have a walk.
The grass that yesterday was green,
Today was nowhere to be seen!

Everything was coloured white,
The trees, the grass, I think I might,
Just have to check what's going on,
Before my garden is all gone!

I bounded out and looked around,
What is this stuff that's on the ground?
Some more is falling from the sky.
A piece just landed in my eye!

I tried to run, but found my paws,
Were sinking in this stuff because,
It's soft and cold and wet as well,
But what it is, I just can't tell!

Then from the door I heard a shout,
"It's snowing! Come on, we'll all go out,
Put on your coats and get a spade,
I'll show you how a snowman's made!"

We built the man, he was quite tall,
And gave him eyes with bits of coal,
We dressed him in a scarf and hat,
He looked so jolly, round and fat!

I like this snow, we had great fun,
I think we'll build another one,
And then he'll have a friend you see,
Just like Sparky, Creed and me!
