A Message From Wizard

Computer's on, the screen is bright,
I'd happily sit here all night,
And watch to see just where we go,
From page to page, some fast, some slow.

A tapping sound comes from the keys,
An email sent across the seas,
To friends to tell about our day,
And me and Sparky, Faye and Ray.

We've read our mail and browsed around,
But look! Just check what I have found,
A picture of a dog like me,
But not as handsome, I can see!

But wait a bit! I see a hat,
I know I once had one like that.
I wore it at my birthday treat,
I did think then, I looked real neat!

A closer look I'll have to take,
To see there has been no mistake.
I'll jump across and peer and stare,
And yes, it really is me there!

Hurray! My picture's on the net,
To show the world the family pet.
I'm famous now, you must agree,
I'm there! For all the world to see!
