The woman inside of me

Runs through the fields,

Climbs up the trees,

And races up hills.

The woman inside of me

Plays every sport.

She kicks, throws, and jumps

And is queen of the court.

The woman inside of me

Dives into pools,

Swims like a fish,

And sparkles like jewels.

The woman inside of me

Never sits down.

She soars through the air

And dances around.

So remember…

Beyond the physical

Limits you see

Is that unchanging woman
