We will perform the following services weekly.
Front entrance floor will be swept and washed.
Entrance door glass cleaned in and out. (front and back entrances)
All carpeted areas will be thoroughly vacuumed.
Carpeted areas and slush mats cleaned.
Spot clean spills and stains.
Dust tables, cabinets, window sills and moldings.
Baseboards will be dusted.
All empty shelving will be dusted.
Empty waste containers.
Remove all waste to designated area of building.
- All floor areas will be swept. - All floor areas will be washed using
a germicidal detergent. - Waste containers will be emptied. - Paper receptacles
will be wiped clean. - All toilet bowls, and tanks will be cleaned and
sanitized. -- Clean and polish all sinks, counters, mirrors and fixtures.
- Tile floor areas will be spray buffed, or washed -Appliances will be
wet wiped using a germicidal cleaner. - High dusting, out of normal reach
will be performed on a rotating basis. - Door kick and push plates will
be wiped and polished. - Carpeted stairs will be vacuumed. - Hand railings
will be dusted. all furniture dusted or vacuumed.
-Other items such as cleaning ovens, windows and carpets can also be
arranged
