GRANITE CORPORATE FINANCE ADVISORY SERVICES

financial advisors to corporations internationally

OUR BACKGROUND

Granite principals individually have over 25 years of experience in various aspects of international corporate finance, investment banking, forensic accounting and corporate development advisory services.

The assignments we have undertaken in the past years have spanned the globe.    We have acted as financial advisors to major international corporations, private individuals and growing companies.    A list of some of the mandates we have completed are provided in the section "Selection of Representative Assignments".

Our strengths are;

our independence
our experience in assisting companies to reach their zenith
our ability to perceive opportunities and solutions where others see only adversity
our capacity to innovate on matters governing the health of the balance sheet, sound corporate development and the management of successful expansion  and action plan implementation
our network of international advisors, bankers, financiers, investors and associates
our dedication to the delivery of results - beyond expectations
our commitment to ethical and professional conduct

Our weaknesses -

Our most obvious shortcoming is that we are - in relative terms - not a large firm.   Thus we cannot be all things to all people.   Furthermore, given the nature of our commitment to projects and to our clients, we must select the allocation of our resources to project/client relationships with great care.   Assignments and the potential short term and long term relationships they bring with prospective clients are carefully evaluated.  The working relationship between the client and ourselves must be mutually supportive and long term in view.  No project or assignment is accepted by us unless we are comfortable that the objectives are realistic and attainable.

Our gifts, if modest, are that - not being a large firm, we are extremely discreet, protective and overly attentive to the needs of of our clients.

A second failing of note is our tenacity to reach the objectives set out and the results predicated.  We do not consider an assignment completed until both the client and we are satisfied that the goals set for the mandate have been attained to the degree envisioned.
