Customs Declaration Form

Here is the form you will be given during your flight to Canada.  Fill it out the same as below (but, of course, with your information).

The only YES check that I make is about food.  Make sure you have a list of ALL FOOD that you bring (even in a package).  Canadian Customs is very serious about food these days.

If you lie on the form, I cannot help you out when you get here.  Be honest about everything you have.
