Cutting Edge Fencing, a community program of the Royal Military College of Canada Fencing Program, is located in Kingston, Ontario. Founded in 2003, it is one of the province's newest fencing clubs. Initially focused on the development of a youth epee and sabre program for the Kingston area, Cutting Edge Fencing has quickly become one of the strongest competitive youth programs in Ontario, enjoying success at every provincial tournament. We have a large number of provincial champions and medallists in our epee and sabre training groups, and three of our athletes represented Ontario at the 2007 Canada Winter Games in Whitehorse.

The goal of Cutting Edge Fencing is to develop future high performance athletes capable of challenging the best fencers in Canada & the world. As such, training is provided to develop all of the skills that are essential to an athlete’s success – technical, tactical, physical & psychological. We also offer introductory programs for youth no experience in the sport. Basic equipment for fencers in our introductory programs is provided.

While our initial focus has been on the development of youth fencing, experienced fencers of all ages are welcome to join. Whether you are an experienced fencer or are new to this exciting sport, Cutting Edge Fencing offers programs that are both fun and challenging.
