Two days of not enough writing. I've been working on my homework for class--I have a paper due on Saturday.

But, the great news is...I'm still farther ahead than I was at this point last year!!

I slacked off a LOT yesterday, but I caught up, doing twice the required word count today. I'm feeling a little better to at least be on track.

Got a little bit farther ahead today. That feels great, considering I have a paper to finish for school by Saturday!

I've chosen a title for this year's novel. Tell me if you think it sounds too...anything:
Enduring Passion at the Fireside Inn
It's a love story set in Frankfort, Michigan. Here's a little synopsis, crappy and thrown-together as it is:

Bailey Turner had everything going for her: a compassionate husband, a beautiful daughter and a fantastic job running a bed and breakfast in one of the most beautiful locations in the state. But when someone from her past came through the front door at the Fireside Inn, everyone she loved would have to question her actions until her deepest secret was revealed. And then the real horror would begin...

It was tough...I haven't written anything substantial since last year's Nano, so I'm feeling quite rusty! Things started picking up once I actually got into the story a bit, and the word count started rising faster, so that made me smile. :)
It's just depressing because I have to go through this for another 29 days. :-\
