Fall Camp 1996 -
Lowville One of the best ways to start off an action-packed year is a Fall Camp! In October 1996 we traveled up to Lowville Park in north Burlington for an overnight camp in an old schoolhouse. For many of our Cubs it was their first "Cub Camp" experience. Joined by our parent helpers Hathi and Chil, we spent the weekend hiking, tree climbing, following Kaa's compass trail, ....and trying to cook sausages on our "Buddy Burners" in the rain. On Saturday night, we returned from flashlight tag to find the schoolhouse transformed into an eerie Halloween mansion....
