Cubs You Strive To Be The Best You Can Be
Cub Scouts (based closely on the story The Jungle Book) is the second level of the Scouting Program for boys and girls aged 8-10. Its also a lot of fun, and quite cool too! Cub activities include camping (even with campfires to roast marshmallows!), crafts, games, skits (short plays that your Cub Scout Pack can create on your own), and of course, the Kub Kar Rally - an annual car-craft build and race. You also get to learn a lot about the outdoors, life skills and about Canada and the World. You get to explore different cultures, religion and also work with your community - which is also a lot of fun! You belong to a group in your Cub Pack called a "six". Everyone works together in a team - a skill especially acquired in Beaver Scouts. And above all, you make friends that can last a lifetime. Oh, by the way, what's cooler than being a Cub Scout? Being a Scout! Parents - please read the Parents' Guide to Cub Scouts Cub Scout Promise: Cub Scout Law: Cub Scout Motto:
