We start taking applications
for the next show on the last day of the previous show.
The vendors attending
the previous show, who submit their application on the Sunday,
will be assigned tables first.
Then we assign tables
on a first come first
serve basis.
No refunds or credits
for late cancellations.
Crafts must be handmade and
are accepted at the promoter’s discretion.
Crafters must attend all days of the show.
Displays are to remain set up until closing.
Crafters who dismantle early may not be accepted in any following shows.
Crafters displaying offensive or questionable products will be asked to
remove them from display.
Spots are assigned according to the crafts listed on contracts.
Crafters adding new product lines may find themselves next to similar
products, creating unfavorable situations.
Any change in product must be noted before the table assignment.
Submitted applications must be accompanied by a cheque in order to process
application.
