Application and postdated cheques must be received by June 1st to guarantee table

assignment. Please postdate cheques July 1st, No refunds after September 1st

  1. Crafts must be handmade and are accepted at the promoter’s discretion.
  2. Crafters must attend all days of the show.
  3. Displays are to remain set up until closing. Crafters who dismantle early will not accepted in any following shows.
  4. Crafters displaying offensive or questionable products will be asked to remove them from display.
  5. Spots are assigned according to the crafts listed on contracts. Crafters adding new product lines may find themselves next to similar products, creating unfavorable situations. Any change in product must be noted before the table assignment.
  6. Submitted applications must be accompanied by a cheques in order to process applications.

  7. New vendors need to submit pictures and business cards.
