I just checked today and noticed that the date, location, and a few other details for the San Fran 'night of writing dangerously' have been posted at http://www.nanowrimo.org/eng/writeathon , so I'm taking that excuse to announce that I hope to make it down there for the big event this year, and if any of my Hamilton friends feel so moved to help me get there, I'd appreciate contributions from anybody once the pledge pages go online. You have to get $200.00 in special NWD pledges to earn a seat at the event, which are counted seperately from normal donations through the nanowrimo.org website, but still go to helping Nanowrimo worldwide get cooler and cooler - or just get the bills paid.
