Quinte Cuisine - From Garden to Table and Back Again
A celebration of the synergy between gardeing and cooking in the Ontario counties of Hastings and Prince Edward, this book incorporates 'green' gardening tips and recipes which use local produce. The book also features coloured photographs from our past annual Garden Tour and Teas - some with table settings showing the bounty of the Quinte region.
The Quinte region is an exciting place to live and to visit and this book highlights that vibrancy.
Proceeds from this 'sold out ' publication are providing funds for scholarships to local students pursuing post-secondary education.
