Rates: change by season, please telephone or email for details. 

Cleaning charges: are for your departure date. You can request to have the cleaning staff clean mid week, for an additional fee. 

Rentals Period: Saturday to Saturday          Check-in 3:00 pm.  Check-out 11:00 am. 

Linens: All linens are included. 

EXCEPTION Beach Towels are not provided.
