Hello and welcome.
We are Donna Harris and
Francesca Warriner, Lifewalk Wellness
Facilitators.
We both have extensive
experience and are committed to
being genuine, compassionate and
supportive in all that we do.

ABOUT DONNA
"Donna is a perceptive and
intuitive individual who senses
and uncovers the subtleties that
are essential to healing."
My
journey has been influenced by
traumatic events, incredible
moments of joy and challenging
opportunities for personal
growth. I am a mother of three
adult children and know well the
joys and frustrations of
parenting. I know personally the
effort it takes to maintain
healthy relationships. This has
not always been easy for me.
My passion is guiding people who
choose to change to follow their
unique path of discovery - their
"Lifewalk".
I
have more than 30 years
experience counselling and
coaching. In addition to being trained in
'traditional' therapies such as:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy,
Reality Therapy-Choice Theory,
Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma
Assessment and Psychodynamic
Bodywork, I am also a Reiki
Master (Usui Shiki Ryoho) and a
practitioner of Polarity and
Cranio Sacral Therapy.
I was initiated as a Reiki
Master in 2006 by Anneli Twan.
My Reiki lineages is Mikao Usui,
Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata,
Wanja Twan, Anneli Twan, Donna
Harris.
These varied approaches provide
me with the skills to work with
you as you release the source of
your pain and find wellness.

ABOUT FRANCESCA 'CESCA'
I am a sensitive, honest,
compassionate facilitator, a
guided teacher who
challenges, supports and
inspires. In a treatment, I
help you to move towards
your own place of well
being. I believe my heart
sings when my soul helps
others heal.
I have been practicing Reiki
since 1993 and was initiated
as a Reiki Master in 1997.
Being a Reiki Master for me
is a life commitment to
personal growth and healing.
My lineage is Mikao Usui,
Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo
Takata, Phyllis Furumoto,
Bernard Morin, Francesca
Warriner.
Within our sessions, you may
experience other therapeutic
modalities such
as Shamanism, Sounding,
Intuitive Counselling and
Hypnotherapy.

WHERE DOES HEALING
START?
It begins with you
and where you are in
your life right
now. There is no
right or wrong place
to begin. It is
your journey and
each Lifewalk is
unique. You can
enter the process at
any age or stage of
your life.
Our clients are as
young as infants in
the womb and as old as mid
eighties. They come
as children being
brought by their
parents, teens
searching for a
path, couples
experiencing
challenges, families
trying to find
solutions, mid
lifers questioning
'is this all there
is?', and the
elderly wanting to
be heard.
