There will be two categories (Early Years & Concert Years) with 5 finalists in each for the finals. The highest score awarded at the finals will determine the King of Saginaw who will perform at the Saturday night showcase.

- Registration upon arrival at hotel 2pm
- Hotel available for check-in 2pm
- Hospitality Room at hotel 3-6pm
- Shuttle service to Temple Theatre 6pm
- Competition begins at Temple Theatre 7pm
- “Open Mic” party at the DI Lounge inside the hotel after competition
- Saturday, January 28
- Continental breakfast at hotel 7am-10am
- Shuttle service to Temple Theatre 2:00pm
- Final competition at Temple Theatre 3pm with the EAS Band
- “We Three Kings” begins at 8pm
- “Open Mic” party at the DI Lounge inside the hotel after competition
- Sunday, January 29
- Sunday brunch served at the Davenport Grill and “open mic” for gospel songs by the ETAs 10am
- Say goodbye and plan to do it again next year
