ALC ANCESTRY

This gallery shows all the many different ALC ancestors in my Bengal breeding program.  The genetic history of all these different ALC bloodlines are the building blocks to Rosettea Cattery's beginnings!

This male ALC named Art Decco was from Lionsmountain used in the early '90's.  His bloodlines were introduced into my breeding program through my Akerrs Essential Touch queen.  Presently, Rosettea Khanjilava is my only stud carrying this ALC's genes.

These male ALC's named Centerwall & Meredith (not known who bred) are from the original hybridization done by Dr. Centerwall in the early '70's.  These ALC bloodlines were introduced into my breeding program in 1990 through my first SBT Bengals named Sabri & Syra.  Many of my Bengals carry these ALC genes from my stud Rosettea Go Safari Nix, who I used throughout the late '90's.

This male ALC named Kabuki resided at Millwood from '87-'96.  Once again many of my Bengals can be traced back to him through my queen Millwood Crystal Clear.  Presently, Kabuki's genes can be found in both Rosettea Rumor Has It and Rosettea Admire Me.

The ALC's above came from German Zoos and/or were bred in captivity.  None of the ALC's used in any Bengal breeding program were/are taken out of the wild.  All ALC's must be registered with CITES regulated by the Fish & Wildlife Services.
