Burlington Gilwellians
Gilwell Scarf

Burlington Area Scouts has an active Gilwellian group.  Gilwellians are leaders who have taken a Wood Badge II training course, been evaluated by their peers and have received their Gilwell beads, scarf, and parchment.

Burlington Area's Gilwell Group has 66 members.  Of this number, 50% are active either as current leaders or active members of our Group's fundraising activities.

Our mission is to provide:

  1. Service to our Community - both Scouting and non-Scouting;

  2. Improve the level of communication in our group and the District;

  3. Attending and actively participating in the annual reunion (the weekend after Labour Day at Blue Springs Scout Reserve in Milton).
