Returns Policy

 

We know that our products are the best available. Occasionally, there is a problem with an individual product. Should you have any problems with any of our products, please contact us. We will discuss the problem with you and offer possible solutions.

 Down-Under Wool willingly accepts the return of unused items in perfect condition. To return all or part of an order, please contact Down-Under Wool by email to receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. This is very important; otherwise Customs duties and brokerage fees may be charged.

Return of faulty items will be paid by Down-Under Wool. All other returns must be Post, brokerage, taxes and duty- Prepaid.

Items returned from the USA should be shipped using the US Postal Service. The Customs declaration should quote the following:

" Canadian Goods Returning to Canada"- do not list the contents of the package.

If an alternate method of return is used, we have found that brokerage charges may be applied.

The Return Authorization Number, obtained by email, should be clearly marked on the returning package.

                       

 

For all Free Shipping Orders ( those above $230), a restocking charge of $20 will apply for the return of unused items in perfect condition. The total cost of the returned item, minus the shipping and restocking charge, will be credited back to the credit card account immediately on receipt of the returned article. All canceled orders, intercepted prior to shipping, are subject to a 4% cancellation fee- to cover WorldPay and handling costs.
